I had an issue with an automatic exhaust fan. Called on Monday, the technician came on Tuesday on time as promised. Damian was professional, respectful of our home and explained the issue and how he addressed it. A+ service!

Joe and JMS was recommended to me by a good church friend as they had done the A/C systems for his apartments. Well, after being left extremely unsatisfied by work done prior from a home insurance based servicer, I was left to sweat it out for 1 summer. By the time last summer had rolled around, I knew my portable swamp cooler wasn't going to cut it. Had a whole new system installed with new ducts. Time from project start to project completion was done in under a week (proposed timeline was 1 week, I think it actually took like 3 days from start to finish; super impressive). I was apprehensive over swapping over from my gas furnace to electric heat pump, but it was the only way for me to get a rebate from LADWP for the A/C system install. Now I'm really glad I did. 1 year has passed now and the new system has actually allowed me to keep my house more comfortable all while saving me money over what I spent running my old system. No more uneven air pressure from room to room, the whole house maintains its temperature well to the point where the system only runs a few hours per day, and luckily enough for me since my system was switched out to a heat pump, I didn't get hit very hard at the beginning of the year when gas prices spiked. And also since I have solar on my house that was sized around use when I had my old A/C system in, operating the A/C really doesn't cost me anything to cool or heat.

I used JMS to replace the aging heat pump at my condo and rely on them to do regular maintenance. They are quick and reliable for maintenance needs and are good with HOAs. Tina, assisted me with replacing my old heat pump. She is very helpful, responsive, and courteous over the phone and through email. 5/5 customer service.
