Unfortunately, we were not eligible for the DWP program because of the type of coolant in our A/C unit. The person who came from JMS was polite and professional. He was very apologetic when he realized we did not qualify. He called DWP to find a work around. But, they were not helpful at all. It was a big disappointment. But not the fault of JMS

Eduardo is thorough, patient, hardworking and professional. He truly cares about maintaining a high work ethic and standard which comes through loud and clear wherever he performs our maintenance.
He came and was very efficient. He checked everything and made sure that all systems were running efficiently.
