JMS was prompt and responsive and their Technician was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I would definitely use them again.
Eduardo was first class. On time and he likes to smile which goes perfectly with his professionalism. He is a seasoned tech who has mastered his craft. I found him to be pleasant and well spoken. He was training a guy named Adrian. Adrian was extremely friendly and I think he will become a great tech. I gave him some positive pointers. His attitude was great. Tina, this woman was simply the best. Her customer service skills I rate a 10+. Very helpful great energy and her attitude was one that will forever be remembered. Tina was awesome and they better treat her right otherwise another company could hire her. All the associates were just down to earth and kind. Thank you all for your time and amazing work ethic. JMS Air conditioning is a very professional, friendly and customer service oriented. I has called them to tune up my two air conditioning units. Scheduling was easy and smooth. They came out, serviced both units,& took the time to show me how to clean the air filters. Very professional & honest. I would strongly recommend them if you are looking for a reliable air conditioning company. Thank you.
