This repair person knew so much and was so knowledgeable about my AC system, it is a rare unit, from years ago, configured differently than the modern ones. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns very professional and very friendly as well. I recommend this company highly.
Aviv the AC technician from JMS Air Conditioning was amazing. He not only properly diagnosed the issue with the commercial air conditioner but he came back a week later with the parts, fixed it and the unit is working fine. He was honest and the price was fair. I would definitely use them again.

Eduardo was first class. On time and he likes to smile which goes perfectly with his professionalism. He is a seasoned tech who has mastered his craft. I found him to be pleasant and well spoken. He was training a guy named Adrian. Adrian was extremely friendly and I think he will become a great tech. I gave him some positive pointers. His attitude was great. Tina, this woman was simply the best. Her customer service skills I rate a 10+. Very helpful great energy and her attitude was one that will forever be remembered. Tina was awesome and they better treat her right otherwise another company could hire her. All the associates were just down to earth and kind. Thank you all for your time and amazing work ethic. JMS technician Chris Reyes promised to have my house cool again when he arrived to troubleshoot my Daikin system which had failed over the hot weekend. He eventually discovered that the problem was the dual motor module which had failed due to excessive heat in the service panel (which is pointed toward the hot sun). Thankfully, the expensive part was covered under my excellent warranty. I paid only for labor. Chris delivered on his promise & I was able to sleep in a cool house again.
