Many thanks To Joe and his Guys. They replaced my old broken AC unit with a high efficiency new one. their installation lasted a few hours and they disposed of the old one. They even installed a free nest thermostat that I can regulate from my phone. That is so cool! I'm very happy with their work

Great company and personalized service. You really feel part of the JMS family when working with this company.
I'm dissapointed in the 1 stars left below by Nicole Bauer and others. Her review was very poorly written and does not describe much of anything. Who is "he"? Any why would someone "too old" have a mother writing him a letter? It doesnt add up and I think she has some screws loose herself. I give her review 0 stars.

Got a flyer and called JMS. It was scheduled as next day. Eduardo came in and did an exceptional service. He even recommended me to get filters myself and did not asked me to do unnecessary service.

THIS IS THE BEST AC/HEATING OUTFIT IN THE LA AREA - HANDS DOWN! THEY ARE ON TIME, TELL IT LIKE IT IS (BAD OR GOOD NEWS!) AND EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. OUR TECHNICIAN, MARCO, WAS A GENUIS, FIXED A BIG AC PROBLEM, AND HE IS REALLY ON THE BALL. I USED TWO OTHER COMPANIES BEFORE TJMS< AND THERE WAS NO COMPARISON!

called for appointment, came on time. looked at the heater & inspected it found that if I had fixed it my self I could have made every one sick or worse .it had 3 cracks in the burner .called his office & had some one out with in the hour to give me a price .the price was fair did the work the next day this was the 2nd time they installed a unit different house..the co has been servicing me for the last 10 yrs I also have a home warrenty service but don't like there service people

We called JMS A/C when our 2 A/C units in the office stopped working. We received a same day appointment and the technicians arrived on time within the scheduled time frame. After a short inspection of the systems the technician outlined before us the various options how to proceed with the repair. It felt like the guy really knew his staff. We decided to repair one unit and replace the compressor on the other unit once we realized that otherwise the problem will re-occur. The work has been done and I'm proud to say that now six months later we have no issues whatsoever with our A/C units. We have no problem recommending JMS A/C to anyone else for their professionalism. We needed the work done and JMS A/C made sure it was done to our expectations and satisfaction.

Our AC started making a strange rumbling sound. I called JMS AC and Heating. As promised, the technician showed up on time, professional, and polite. I watched as he took apart the furnace and found the schematic label had fallen off and was sucked into the blower, which caused an imbalance. The technician then went about taking apart the blower and motor and cleaned them thoroughly. Also inspected the coils, which showed they were pretty clean for a 9 year old machine.
Other than the diagnostic fee for coming out, there was no additional charge. He did talk me into the service plan, which he believes (and I agree) is a good deal for an older AC unit.
On time, courteous, expert, and honest. What more could you ask for? Will definitely be calling on JMS again in the future.
